Wow, ed did a great job 👏. Professional, punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He thought the washing machine was fixed. After testing it, the same problem. He tried again, that's when he knew the pump was bad. He was prepared for the failure. I was impressed. He checked everything and when was finished, he checked the dryer, Wow.
